Welcome to Red Raven UAS. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Red Raven UAS website, online courses, digital products, downloads, training materials, and related services provided by Red Raven UAS LLC.
By accessing this website, purchasing a course or product, creating an account, downloading materials, or using any Red Raven UAS content or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our products or services.
1. Use of the Site
You may use this website and our online materials only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

3. Course Access and Individual License
Online course purchases, digital products, downloads, videos, quizzes, study materials, certificates, and related course resources are licensed for use by one individual learner unless otherwise stated in writing by Red Raven UAS LLC.
Each student, team member, employee, pilot, or participant must have their own course seat and individual account. Login credentials may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by more than one person.
Course materials may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, redistributed, publicly displayed, uploaded to another platform, used to create derivative training materials, or used to train additional students, employees, classmates, or team members without prior written permission from Red Raven UAS LLC. Materials that are made available for download may be downloaded only for the authorized learner’s personal use.
Schools, agencies, businesses, and organizations should contact Red Raven UAS LLC for group purchases or written permission before using any course as part of a classroom, training program, agency program, or team curriculum.
4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing a product, creating an account, submitting a form, or communicating with Red Raven UAS.
Red Raven UAS may suspend or terminate access to a course, product, account, or service if we believe these Terms of Use have been violated, including but not limited to account sharing, unauthorized distribution of materials, misuse of content, payment issues, or fraudulent activity.
5. No Instructor, Reseller, Affiliate, or Partnership Relationship
Purchasing or using a Red Raven UAS course, product, or resource does not create an instructor, reseller, affiliate, contractor, employee, partnership, agency, or representative relationship with Red Raven UAS LLC.
You may not represent yourself, your business, school, agency, or organization as being authorized by, certified by, partnered with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Red Raven UAS LLC unless we have provided written permission.
You may not resell, repackage, sublicense, or commercially distribute Red Raven UAS courses, materials, or resources without written permission.
6. Training, FAA, and Certification Disclaimer
Red Raven UAS provides training, educational materials, consulting, and related resources. We do not issue FAA certificates, licenses, waivers, airspace authorizations, or other government approvals.
Completion of a Red Raven UAS course does not guarantee that you will pass an FAA exam, receive a Remote Pilot Certificate, qualify for a waiver or authorization, or be approved for any specific flight operation, except as expressly stated in any written Red Raven UAS guarantee.
You are responsible for confirming your own eligibility, complying with all applicable FAA rules and regulations, operating safely, and obtaining any required approvals, authorizations, waivers, certificates, insurance, or permissions before conducting drone operations.
Regulations, procedures, testing requirements, and FAA policies may change. Red Raven UAS makes reasonable efforts to keep training materials current, but you are responsible for verifying current requirements with the FAA or other appropriate authorities.
7. Minors and Student Use
Some Red Raven UAS materials may be used by students or minors in an educational setting. If you are under the age of 18, you should use this website, courses, and materials only with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, school, or authorized instructor.
Red Raven UAS does not guarantee that a student is eligible to take an FAA exam or receive an FAA certificate. Eligibility requirements are determined by the FAA and other applicable authorities.
8. Purchases, Refunds, and Pass Guarantee
All purchases are subject to the pricing, access terms, refund terms, and guarantee terms stated at the time of purchase.
If a Red Raven UAS course includes a pass guarantee, the guarantee applies only if the purchaser satisfies all published requirements for that guarantee, including any completion, practice exam, documentation, timing, or exam-related requirements stated on the applicable course page, checkout page, or written offer.
Red Raven UAS may request reasonable documentation before issuing any refund, credit, or guarantee payment. Refunds, credits, or guarantee payments are limited to the amounts and conditions expressly stated in the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, discounts, promotional pricing, coupons, launch specials, group rates, and limited-time offers may be changed or discontinued at any time.
9. Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products, downloads, templates, PDFs, checklists, study materials, and similar resources are provided for personal or authorized internal use only.
You may not share, post, upload, resell, reproduce, modify, or redistribute Red Raven UAS digital products or downloads without written permission.
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
10. Consulting, Training Services, and Availability
Descriptions of consulting, training, program development, or other services on this website are provided for general informational purposes.
Service availability, pricing, scope, scheduling, travel, deliverables, and terms may vary depending on the client, location, operational needs, and written agreement.
